LaunchPool

Permanent ETH / TRCH curve with a 1 ETH virtual reserve.

The 100,000,000 TRCH RewardPool seed is the only TRCH that never passed through this curve, so it has no ETH backing here. A sale into the LaunchPool reverts if it would exceed the real reserve.
